MIT MI-350 EVO Shotgun, Part 4
In 1985, Duran Duran's Andy and John Taylor enjoyed enormous success in Power Station. The other members of Duran Duran, Simon LeBon, Nick Rhodes, and Roger Taylor, formed Arcadia. I first became aware of Arcadia during the dark (because of the limited amount of daylight) days of late '85. The dark album cover and Grace Jones' vocals on "Election Day" seemed to go hand-in-hand with late '85's weather.
So if you want to be cool during those '80s throwbacks, pull out "Election Day." And then blow 'em away with Arcadia's "The Flame," which picks up where Duran Duran's "View To A Kill" leaves off.
For Christmas, Aiden wants to go back to Hawaii. Kind of hard to get into the holiday mood, when it's 80 degrees.
For Christmas, the MIT MI-350 EVO Shotgun wants to be propped up. Current-production MIT interconnects have one inline box. Well, don't forget that the MI-350 EVO Shotgun has three! If you use MIT interconnects, the boxes congregate at the preamp. But if you use the MI-350 EVO Shotgun between source and preamp, you'll have to prop up the box at the source, too. Here, I used the Power Wing and Pranawire Satori to nestle the Input Terminator box.
